Group structure

The CPP Group Plc operates across three continents, namely Europe, North America and Asia.

Europe: From our beginnings in 1980 in the United Kingdom, our European operations have since extended across France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Turkey. With our operations in these countries well established, Europe generates the majority of our revenues.

North America: We entered the North American market in 2003 through acquisition and have since focused on developing our product and service propositions. We are now distinguishing ourselves within the USA assistance market place.

Asia: In Asia the concept of card protection is new and we have therefore focused on building extensive product awareness, giving consumers and business partners the relevant information they need to assess the benefits. We commenced operating in Hong Kong in 2004 and have subsequently expanded into Malaysia and Singapore.

In 2007 we appointed a country manager for India, in preparation for the formal launch of CPP India in 2008. Preparations for our launch in Taiwan are also at an advanced stage.
