CPP proposition

Solutions and services


CPP can provide a wide range of solutions to our business partners. By working closely with our partners, we can establish which of the following three solutions would meet our partners' needs and would deliver the greatest value:
  1. The product or service solution
    We can market our Life Assistance product or service to our business partners' customers as a 'stand-alone' offering, via a number of channels including telemarketing, email and direct mail.
  2. The product and outsourcing solution
    We can market our Life Assistance product or service to our business partners' customers at a relevant point in their customer contact process - this may be a change of address or during card activation. This option enables business partners to outsource a particular process to CPP.
  3. The fully integrated solution
    This follows the same principles solution as 2 (above) but rather than our business partners outsourcing the process to CPP, we integrate the solution into our business partners' contact centres for them to perform the process themselves.
