Our people

Our people are instrumental in ensuring that we deliver our ambitions effectively. We employ over 1,700 staff across the group. It is their professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm that has delivered continued year on year growth for CPP.

We believe in investing in all staff and programmes that formally recognise their considerable commitment have been introduced. We now monitor our employees' understanding of our business objectives and the roles they play in their achievement. This has brought greater focus and synergy across the business and provides an accurate indicator of future business performance.

Staff investment
For CPP to continue to meet our objectives and deliver our core values, investing in staff is essential. One example of how we do this is the implementation of a new senior management development programme, designed to assist a number of key members of staff in achieving their full potential.

Called the Leading Edge, a small number of senior managers will receive 1:1 mentoring. In parallel to this, they will also have access to the most relevant external development resources that will enable their development needs to be met. Through this it is intended that these key senior managers will become tomorrow's leaders of CPP.
