We aim to be recognised as the clear Life Assistance market leader in all countries within which we operate, and work hard to achieve a continuous improvement in satisfaction and advocacy amongst all of our stakeholder groups, as these are critical pillars of both our reputation and credibility and represent the source of our current and future profitability.

Our commitment to this is evidenced through our recent stakeholder satisfaction studies.

In January 2007, all of our business partners who were independently interviewed stated that they were satisfied with CPP, with a significant number confirming that we were better than other companies with whom they worked.

And in November 2007, 72% of Card Protection customers independently interviewed were likely to recommend CPP to friends and family.
