Our values
To assist us in delivering our strategy and vision we have introduced a clear set of values across
the group which we believe responds to the needs of our business partners and our mutual customers.
Through responding effectively, rapidly and sensitively to the needs of our business partners and end
customers, we are
responsive.
By predicting and matching the future needs of our business partners and customers, we are
proactive.
We are
dependable, as our business partners and customers rely on us, entrusting us with their
reputations and confidential information.
Our reputation is built upon the sum of a huge number of small but vitally important
human
interactions.
We are a
specialist whose consistent success and growth has been built upon our deep expertise and
knowledge of this new market category. These values underpin all that we do at CPP - our behaviours,

Virginia Cortés is a modern Spanish woman, combining her roles as a dedicated professional and a devoted mother, with a strong motivation for self-improvement.
She has worked at CPP for seven years, starting as an agent in the Operations department, and steadily progressing her career ever since, drawing on her most
valuable assets - responsibility and respect.
Today she supervises 18 people, heads the management control team within the Operations department, and carries out training for CPP across Southern Europe.
Internationally, she plays a key role in the application of projects to the Spanish office and has built up a very close relationship with Italian colleagues.
"My day-to-day work is never monotonous," says Virginia. "I am in a state of constant activity. I really like it that way, because it makes your mind more agile."
Virginia has welcomed the implementation of the five values across CPP. Of all five, she identifies most with Human as she particularly values respect in the workplace.
"By promoting respect in the workplace, colleagues feel more at home and the remaining values will fall into place more easily," she explains. That's why
she leads by example in applying all of the values in the way she supervises her department.
